There is 1 position for 3D Visualizers/Renderer available!

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Produces 3D renderings

  • Creates 3D models of architectural and interior based on 2D drawings and sketches

  • Assists in the development in all phases of design

  • Resolves minor design issues

  • Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness

  • Regularly submits progress 3D modeling for checking

 

Requirements:

• Singapore citizen / PR only

• Recognized architectural technician qualification(s)

• Minimum 1 year(s) relevant practical experience

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape and Photoshop

• Able to work in teams

• Able to work under pressure

• Minimum qualification of at least Diploma.

This position reports to the Principal Architect. Fresh Graduates are welcome! Position to commence as soon as possible.

There is 1 position for Office Manager/Procurement Administrative Manager  available!

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate day-to-day general administration duties such as managing phone calls, responding to correspondences (e-mail, letters, etc.), executing paperwork duties (filing, scanning, etc.) and general reception duties.
· Coordinate & update/uplift of the company's social media.
· Coordinate and manage Human Resource matters and Employee Onboarding.
· Oversee and manage office supplies such stationery, pantry goods, water dispenser, etc.
· Manage office maintenance and administrative matters such as payment of office bills.
· Invoicing for projects, and drafting of basic Contracts for projects.
· Coordinate and maintain good vendors relations and negotiating of contracts where applicable.
· Organise company functions and travel arrangements for company projects, if any.
· Resource and procurement duties where required, including researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
· Organise and coordinate logistics for procurement and procured items.
· Some secretarial services.
· Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements
Diploma/A Levels/ITE/Professional Certificate in any field are welcome to apply
Good disposition, good sense of discretion and people management abilities
Possess a positive attitude to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and by initiative
Able to commence immediately
Singaporeans/PRs only
