MOYAdesign is responsible for the re-design and upgrading of the common facilities at a condominium at Mount Sinai Estate. This includes the complete revamping of the bathrooms, gymnasium, function room, pool area and lift lobby.

As this building carries architectural merits from the late 1980, we were trying to complement the interior architecture of the common facilities with the building style, while creating spaces that would remain modern and contemporary for decades to come.

Our role: Lead designer, project manager, lead consultant & project coordinator, construction & consultant coordinator.
